Delivery Terms

Please note that each order should be for one delivery address.  To send items to different addresses please place a separate order for each address so that the gift card message, personalisation and address details can be recorded for each gift.

United Kingdom

Bouquets ordered by 12 noon will be sent by Interlink for next day delivery at £7.75

All other products ordered by 12 noon will be sent either by Royal Mail 1st class Recorded Delivery at £3.25 or by Interlink for next day delivery at £7.75.  You can select the postage option you prefer in the checkout.

Deliveries outside the UK

We deliver to the countries shown in the dropdown menu.

We prefer to send all our bouquets by courier (Fedex or DHL) so that each delivery can be tracked to its destination and a signature received from the recipient.  We will email you when we receive confirmation of delivery.

If you would prefer to choose the cheaper delivery option provided by Royal Mail, please contact us.  Please note we cannot track Royal Mail deliveries outside the UK and cannot accept responsibility if they fail to arrive safely at their destination. 

Please note that some countries impose customs duties which may have to be paid by the recipient before delivery can take place.
