What size clothing do the bouquets contain?
All our bouquets contain clothing in size 0-3 months with the exception of our Bouncing Baby Bouquet where you can choose 0/3 months, 3/6 months or 6/12 months.
The exceptions to this are the Early Baby Bouquet, which contains clothing suitable for a tiny baby of between 3-4 lbs, and our Cashmere bouquets which contain a mixture of sizes.
The clothing we use is generously cut so that a new baby will be able to wear our clothing for several months.
Do the bouquets contain real flowers?
No, all our bouquets are made up using artificial silk flowers.
Can I order a bouquet with a mixture of sizes and colours and can I customise a bouquet?
Yes, just give us a call to discuss your requirements.
How are the bouquets packaged?
Every bouquet is wrapped in tissue, put in a gorgeous white presentation box, tied with ribbon and then your own personal printed message card is added on top. The presentation box is protected by a plain brown cardboard outer box for delivery. We do not put our logo on the outer box so that your gift will be a surprise for the recipient!
How quickly will my order be despatched?
If you order before noon we aim to despatch the same day for delivery on the following day. If you order an item before noon on a Friday, it will be delivered on Monday. If you order an item after midday on a Friday, it will be despatched on Monday for delivery on Tuesday.
Can I specify the day I would like my gift to be delivered?
Yes, just let us know by either giving us a call or by adding this requirement in the message box.
Can you deliver on Saturdays?
Yes, however there is an additional charge for this special service. Give us a call to discuss the options.
Who will deliver my gift?
We send all our bouquets with our courier, Interlink, to be sure that they arrive the next day and so that we can keep track of each delivery. All our gifts are signed for on delivery.
We send smaller items using Royal Mail’s 1st Class Signed For service.
What happens if the recipient is out when the gift is delivered?
For items sent by Interlink, the driver will leave a card asking the recipient to call and arrange a delivery time. If the recipient does not call, Interlink will try to deliver on the following two consecutive days before returning the package to us. We will charge for the cost of resending.
Royal Mail items may have to be collected from the nearest sorting office.
Do you deliver overseas?
Yes, we deliver to all the countries in the dropdown menu on our site. We use courier services so the item can be tracked to its final destination.
