By placing an order with bouquetbouquet you accept our Terms and Conditions.
This website and our Terms and Conditions have been designed for use within the United Kingdom and under UK law. We will consider requests for products and enquiries from outside the United Kingdom we give no warranty express or implied that the use of this website or the placing of any order through this website from outside the UK complies with any applicable non-UK laws or regulations. Accordingly products or promotions not permitted under your local law are not offered to you.
A Contract between the customer and bouquetbouquet for the sale of our products will only exist once an order has been accepted processed and despatched (at which point the buyers credit/debit card will be charged for the value of the goods despatched). This does not affect the customer's statutory rights.
Prices and availability of products are subject to change without notice. This means that the price confirmed after placing the order may be different to that charged at delivery. Every effort is made to ensure that this will not happen.
Orders are taken through our website with payment by most credit/debit cards. All pricing is in £ sterling inclusive first class postage and VAT at the current rate where appropriate.
We aim to despatch your order within two working days, stock permitting, by Royal Mail Special Next Day Delivery or Interlink according to the order.
The delivery period to Europe and USA varies and is typically about 4 days. Outside Europe and USA delivery varies. We can provide proof of postage for international deliveries but they cannot be traced after they have left the UK. Depending on the recipient’s location, international delivery typically takes 3 -7 working days. A signature is required upon receipt. Unfortunately we cannot accept liability for non-delivery or additional charges that may be levied such as customs duties or sales taxes. We have no control over local authorities and cannot be held responsible should they wish to confiscate any particular items, delay shipment or make charges.
While we take care to describe products accurately through this website we cannot accept responsibility for any slight colour variations that may occur. You should note that the colour reproduction of products may vary when viewed through your computer system.
Due to the personalised nature of bouquetbouquet products and the delivery period having placed your order we regret we cannot accept cancellations accept returns or make refunds.
bouquetbouquet shall not be liable to you by reason of any representation or any implied warranty condition or other term or any duty at common law or under the express terms of the contract or in negligence for any indirect special or consequential loss or damage costs expenses or other claims for compensation whatsoever which arise out of or in connection with the use of this website the supply of the products or their use or resale by you.
The entire liability of bouquetbouquet to which these conditions apply shall not exceed the price of the products ordered.
