Review: Diabolical! Asked for a bouquet for my wife’s birthday which was also a gift from our daughter and a memorial for my wife’s angel twin and angel baby and these lot sent a bouquet wrapped in plastic and shoved in a vase! no water! no feed! just left to dry out and die. They even managed to “scrawl” names wrong! the handwriting was that bad it looked like it was written by stevie wonders left foot. The flowers arrived Sat, and were half dead by Sunday! I have no idea who wrote that card but our 4yo could do better. It was supposed to read: For on the day when you miss them the most, I hope this bouquet will reach your soul, among these flowers are petals from all of those, baby Bee, Jasmine and Alicia Rose.

I love you Gem, Happy Birthday xxxx

Review: I wanted to give a zero, however there wasnt an options too.
I ordered some flowers for my sisters funeral on a friday for a next day delivery to the funeral parlour ready for the tuesay when my sister gets buried and the flowers were not delivered. I contacted the florist and they said that they were unable to deliver, no contact was made from them to myself to explain this because if they did i would of made other arrangements. i went to the funeral looking bad and family member thinking that i never brought any flowers. i was then informed by the funeral parlour that the flowers were delivered to them an hour after the funeral. where is the customer service from the florist as they could of made contact with myself.
I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS FLORIST AS THEY HAVE NO CONSIDERTION AND LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE

Review: DO NOT ORDER FROM AMELIAS!! These flowers were not worthy of a 1 star. I ordered flowers for my brother in laws funeral, they arrived four days before the funeral and were already wilted and brown! Customer service is appalling, backwards and forwards with emails sent late at night and won’t speak to a human! Absolutely cowards!! Not worth £64.99 for small spray – absolutely tiny!!

Review: I almost never write reviews, but I feel like others should be warned. I placed an order for some wedding flowers way ahead of the actual date, expecting them to arrive as promissed. Sadly, they didn’t turn up until the next day, which obviously meant they were no longer needed.
I’ve tried to explain the situation to the company several times over the past few weeks, even while I was still on my honeymoon. Still, they’re refusing to give a refund. Their reasoning? Since I received the flowers, it counts as me accepting the delivery. That logic is ridiculus. What was I supposed to do, toss them out on the street?
This has been nothing but dissapointing and emotional. A wedding should be remembered for joy, not stress caused by a business that refuses to own its mistake.
If timing matters to you at all, look elsewhere. This company doesn’t seem to understand the meaning of reliability or accountability.
