Review: A truly appalling experience. I don’t usually write reviews but this was so bad that these people should not get away with it. I bought a ‘large’ bouquet for my wife’s birthday as I was working away. It comprised a couple of dahlias, a couple of roses, six small carnations, one sprig of lillies and some greenery in a cheap vase that we didn’t need and cost £78. Two photos show the standard bouquet as illustrated on their website, not the large bouquet that I ordered as shown in the other photo… After much complaining, they offered a 50% discount seven weeks ago, which still hasn’t arrived. Absolutely awful – avoid!

Review: Absolutely shocking. I Made a same day order for a love one’s birthday. And they never came. Then after multiple attempts and 5 days later. I managed to speak to an operator who then told me that no flourish could take the order. I had no call or email explaining this and they had been paid over £55. 6 days later the flowers arrived. And still no apology or discount for the shocking service. I’m also sure I I hadn’t persist no refund or delivery would have come.

Review: Massively disappointed and cross that what I ordered and what came for my friend were entirely different. Bouquet lacked colour and variety of flowers. No one got back to my email when I complained . Never ordering again from this company .

Review: Although my wife loved them (being a rare gift from me), I was little disappointed. The catalogue picture for ‘Rose and Iris Handtied’ clearly shows SIX yellow roses in the image and that’s why I chose that item, with yellow roses being a particular and specific flower that she loves. However, what was actually delivered was just THREE such flowers with another yellow flower used to make up the numbers. Nice – but not what I thought I’d ordered. Also, one of the iris stems was broken. That wasn’t a big deal as the vase we used was tall enough to support it – but, considering the price paid, I was disappointed. I contacted the company by email, including photos, to advise them of this but have received no response after two days. Also, the flowers are pretty much now dead after four days which is another cause for disappointment.
