Review: Buyer beware. If I was able to give this company 0 stars I would. Extremely terrible customer service. Ordered on a Friday early afternoon, paid next day delivery, didn’t receive until Tuesday. What I did receive, was then the wrong item, having ordered a tea pot I was given a tea cup. Now comes the hassle of returning said wrong item. By the time it was delivered, the company had closed 3pm. Having paid £42 for the item and delivery I them emailed the company, no reply I called and left a message. I was then called back and advised to send the item back to them at my cost, even though I had explicitly asked in my email for them to cover this. Emailing me a returns label would’ve been sufficient. So now I have spent £12 on recorded delivery with a company and they have received the goods. Emailed the company as no one ever seems to answer the phone, and have been completely blanked I am £54 out of pocket not to mention the replacement I had to drive to get 50 miles away due to the item arriving late and the dyer needs for a tea pot for someone extremely important. I am not a florist just a friend trying to help someone out and have been left severely out of pocket and let down by this company. I’m surprised you’re still in business. I will continue to badger the company until my refund is sorted and will not let this type of behaviour from this company continue. I wonder how many others have had this happen. Avoid this company at all costs.
